I’ve taken a few videos of the land being offered for sale at Dancing Creek Farm. The farm is located in Pittsylvania County outside Danville, Virginia. It is 45 min North of Greensboro, NC - 1 hour to the Blue Ridge Parkway. This is a very desirable area to live because of the district, being in the county and West of Danville. In fact this location places you almost between Danville and Martinsville.

These areas can not be built on, however in 3 years and heavy flooding in VA have not seen the creek reach that high, ever.
