I’ve taken a few videos of the land being offered for sale at Dancing Creek Farm. The farm is located in Pittsylvania County outside Danville, Virginia. It is 45 min North of Greensboro, NC - 1 hour to the Blue Ridge Parkway. This is a very desirable area to live because of the district, being in the county and West of Danville. In fact this location places you almost between Danville and Martinsville.

See videos for details. Below is a DOC that has an image on it showing the total shape and size of the entire 25 acres. The purple shading shows the flood zone which extends from the creek. These areas can not be built on, however in 3 years and heavy flooding in VA have not seen the creek reach that high, ever.

We have a few lots and 5 or 10 acres for sale. All is cleared with road frontage and all of it is in the Tunstall District in the county. The 10 acre parcel includes a section of Sugar Tree Creek. All of it is lovely and of course it all is attached to Dancing Creek Farm.
